See what I did there? Ha hah Lame. ^.^ It has been over a week since the insanity that was Launch weekend and now we are left with the aftermath of boxes, wiring and that new plastic smell. I will intend to tell the details of my weekend in full. WITH Pictures!

It’s Sunday Nov. the 19th and of course I expect the launch date to not go ahead for the Wii. Since I live on a island on the farthest reaches of Canada (Cookie for anyone that guess my location) It means that it blows for getting anything in on it’s launch date. I expected that this was going to be the same. But I am mistaken and dragged out of bed at 6 o’clock in the morning by my over zealous boyfriend and his clan of friends, so that we can obtain our pre-ordered Wii’s. The only thought in my head was, “They open at 9 people, it will still be there!” Let’s just say, I need coffee and needed it now. The sad thing was, it wasn’t even the wicked coffee. >.>

But that didn’t keep the excitement of my buddy’s faces, oh no!

So of course we get there and there is of course a line! What are we suppose to do while we wait? Apparently smoke. Can you spot our own personal Link? He wouldn't fight to get us to the front of the line U.U

Now the lucky thing for us was, they opened the store early so they could get the Wiis out faster. What’s even better is that the owner was nice enough to take a dorky group photo of us!

So we travel to a friends house to set up and get going on the all the Wii action. Of course we have to set up three TV’s and begin the madness that is the Wii.

We ended up playing Wii sports, Trauma Center: Second Opinion, Dragon Ball Z: Tenkichi 2, and Zelda: Twilight Princess, from 9 in the morning till 5 at night. Some of us got a little tired. But I must say I’m still undefeated when it comes to Wii Sports Boxing ^.~

Of course the day, or this blog would not be complete without a Wii joke >.>

I’ve been having a fun time with my Wii, but I know that I will be having even more fun with it once my papers are done and exams are over. Something tells me that I will end up having a drunken Wii sports night ^.^ I’ll let you know how that turns out. Maybe you’ll be subjected to another bad picture blog!
