MarkeeDragon popped up their interview with her and it's full of so much goodness, I can't even summarize. Listen to her wisdom. One of the things she said that I am always saying, especially to the newcomers to the MMO space, is that we are losing our history. I talk about people who have been influential in our space 10-15 years ago and most of the young community managers stare at me blankly. It makes me a little sad.
