This is actually a two-part news post with the first article on the issue of women in raiding groups being presented by Ten Ton Hammer and then a follow-up look and opinion piece on the article done by The Pensive Harpy. Personally I think women and men can both equally suck in groups and a bad team player isn't in no way gender specific. I've had my share of groups containing the two, and for every solid one there is a woman running around aggroing three enemies at once, and don't get me started on the men who ruin my mez.
