The Fray Announced as the Xbox Live Artist of the Month for May

The Fray, a Denver-based rock group whose debut album with Epic Records, "How to Save A Life" is a mainstay on the Billboard 200 charts will be the Xbox Live Artist of the Month for the month of May. There are tons of rewards for Xbox Live members, including a free version of their latest video "Over My Head," a chance to play them over Xbox Live - as part of the Game with Fame program as well a chance to win a trip to meet the band in person.

All entries will have the opportunity to win a Grand Prize trip to Chicago where they'll be on hand for the Fray's show at the House of Blues. The Grand Prize winner will also win an Xbox 360 console while other lucky winners will get a chance to play the band online over Xbox Live. Xbox 360 is also presenting The Fray on tour with 18 dates across the US and Canada.

"We're huge gamers and have had time to prepare for this, we'll be ready to take on our fans via Xbox Live," stated vocalist Isaac Slade. "As the Artist of the month, we don't want to go out and embarrass ourselves!"

The Fray, whose single "Over My Head (Cable Car)" cracked the Top-25 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, are the latest Xbox Live Artist of the Month. Their current album "How to Save A Life" peaked for 3 weeks at the top of the Billboard Heatseekers chart and is currently the #29 album in the country.
