I've never tried playing videogames competitively, but chances are good that I'd get my butt handed to me on a silver platter. I know I'd never get to stand on the podium and here my national anthem. At least one American heard the anthem at the World Cyber Games.

The Grand Final of the World Cyber Games concluded after four days of intense gaming, with the youngest member of Team USA going undefeated to bring home the gold in Project Gotham Racing 3 on the Xbox 360. The Grand Champion title for the World Cyber Games 2006 was awarded to Team Korea, who reclaims the title after four years. Team Russia took second place in the medal tally with one gold and one silver, while Team Germany placed third with one gold and one bronze medal. Teams Canada, China, Poland and USA won one gold medal, respectively.
