'Snowy: Treasure Hunter 2' First Impressions (PC)

Run bear run! A polar bear gets its own treasure filled puzzle game.

In Snowy: Treasure Hunter 2 you play as the polar bear from Lost (okay, maybe not that polar bear, but a polar bear nonetheless) as it scours level after leveling trying to collect every treasure it can get its grubby little paws on; whether he is trying to be another Indiana Jones or has an anal obsessive compulsive disorder I've yet to discern. All I know is that bear wants some treasure and nothing will get in his way.

If you are looking for extremely difficult controls to master (who are you people anyways?) then don't come to Snowy looking for a fix. The controls of Snowy are super simple and only slightly more difficult than that of an old Pong game. To move Snowy around the levels you use the corresponding arrow keys to have Snowy either move left, right, up or down. Besides character movement, you've only really got the Z and X keys on your keyboard (used to either make Snowy dig left or right) and the Spacebar that is used to set traps you collect. What could be simpler than that?

From the opening menu, you can either choose the "Tasks For Kids" or "Serious Campaign" options. Now, Tasks For Kids is exactly what it sounds like
