Jade Raymond is involved with one of the games I'm most looking forward to playing - Assassin's Creed. I've seen Jade on television and in person, and she is indeed a beautiful women. However, why would someone naturally assume she'd be one to pose for Maxim - just because she's a pretty woman in the gaming industry? A rumor came out that said Jade would be appearing in a bikini spread in Maxim, along with other women involved in the game industry and women gamers too. The rumor is false - at least on the Jade part (though whether the idea of a women gamer themed issue is still a question it seems) - but it's an interesting look into how people still see women gamers and women involved in the industry.
