London, UK and San Mateo, CA., 12th September 2005: I-play, the mobile games company, today announced that Krishna Gidwani has been appointed as Vice President of Corporate Development for the company's business globally. As VP, Corporate Development, Gidwani will be responsible for leading the company's capital raising and mergers and acquisitions efforts worldwide. He will work closely with I-play's senior management team to develop and execute strategies to establish new partnerships and new areas of diversification, especially in non-U.S. markets such as India and Asia.

Before joining I-play, Gidwani was a Principal at Celerity Partners, a Silicon Valley based private equity firm where he focused on investments in media and technology. Prior to that, he was at ONSET Ventures, a Silicon Valley based early stage venture capital firm, where he focused on enterprise software and information technology investments. Gidwani began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York, where he advised on and executed mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity offerings across a broad range of industries.

Brian Greasley, CEO, I-play commented: "We're extremely excited about having Krishna on board. His background in venture capital and M&A activity will prove invaluable to the business in this high growth sector which, being in its infancy will see a huge amount of consolidation over the coming years."

Krishna Gidwani, VP of Corporate Development, I-play commented: "The mobile sector is one of the most exciting high growth industries to be in right now, and I-play not only has a strong pedigree background, it also has outstanding potential to become the world's leading mobile gaming player."

Mr. Gidwani received undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics, International Relations and Operations Research from Stanford University, where he graduated with Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa. Gidwani is based in I-play's San Mateo, CA location.

Jason's Comments: I can't blame mobile games...my phone sadly doesn't have that feature.
